This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered when you shop with Greek Vibe Gear. As a dropshipping business, we partner with third-party suppliers to ship products directly to you. By placing an order on greekvibegear.com, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Because we work with multiple suppliers, processing times may vary depending on the item and its source.

You will receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location, product availability, and destination. General estimated timeframes:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: Not available on all products

Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs, shipping carrier delays, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use a variety of international and domestic carriers including, but not limited to: USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, depending on the supplier's location and your shipping destination.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your item has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–7 days for the tracking information to become active. If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

If your order is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at greekvibemerch@gmail.com with your order number

  • Provide photos if the item is damaged

  • We’ll work with our supplier to find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

 

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Multiple Shipments

Items may ship separately from different suppliers. This means you may receive more than one tracking number and your items could arrive at different times.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
